ABOUT MICHELLE
Michelle M. Warnken, CKD, CBD, NCIDQ has over 19 years experience in the kitchen and bath design field. Ms. Warnken graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Interior Design. Keeping up to date on the latest trends by being an active member of NKBA and attending industry trade shows helps her to offer the most innovative designs and products to her clients. This in turn creates a design that is truly unique. As owner and president of Michelle Warnken Designs, Inc. she has focused her talents primarily in the Central New Jersey region. Attention to detail, customer service, and a design that draws out the best that both she and her client have to offer are her ultimate goals.

DESIGN SERVICES Our drawings are copyrighted and remain the property of Michelle Warnken Designs, Inc., which ultimately protects you and your home’s design integrity. No other kitchen or bathroom will ever be sold at Michelle Warnken Designs, Inc. with identical plans.
For the specified design fee, the Michelle Warnken Designs, Inc. agrees to perform the following design services:
• Initial consultation
• Review of architectural plans, if any.
• Site visit to measure the existing conditions, and conduct thorough analysis of your space requirements and desires.
• Consultations with client pertaining to budget, design requirements and preferences
• Preparation of computer rendered drawings illustrating the recommended design of the kitchen
• Presentation of the above, along with estimates of your investment.
• Revision of drawings, if necessary.
Services provided at no additional cost after plans are approved and contract signed:
• Development of electrical and/or lighting plans.
• Meeting with homeowner’s contractor(s) to discuss scope of work to be done.
Design Fees:
$750 for baths less than 75 square feet and kitchens less than 144 square feet
$ 1,250 for baths 75 square feet to 125 square feet, and kitchens 144 square feet to 225 square feet
$ 1,500 for baths greater than 125 square feet, and kitchens greater than 225 square feet
Multiple rooms are done by quote only.
Installation services are done by quote only.
All payments for design services are non-refundable, although Kitchen design fees are applied towards purchase of kitchen cabinets.
Sometimes work may be done on an hourly basis at $75/hour.
